Virtual Training Systems is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing free job skills training and job placement assistance to individuals with disabilities and other economically disadvantaged Americans preparing them for a secure and independent future.

As a founding charity, the COPD Foundation provided VTS with start-up grant funds to expand on the success of the C.O.P.D. Information Line program (866-316-COPD) to offer greater opportunities to the disabled community.
